OVERVIEW
About this course
BIM is no longer optional: Gulf consultancies require it, large local projects specify it, and firms are migrating their whole workflow. The Master Diploma is a seven-month, four-evenings-a-week program that builds the complete BIM professional: deep Revit Architecture, working Structure competency, MEP coordination awareness, parametric family creation, multi-user worksharing, Navisworks clash workflows and ISO 19650 orientation. The capstone is a fully coordinated multi-storey building delivered to a BIM Execution Plan — the portfolio piece that has cleared our graduates through KSA and UAE consultancy interviews. Taught by an Autodesk Certified Professional with nine years of Gulf BIM coordination experience.
OUTCOMES

Bilal spent nine years as a BIM coordinator for a Gulf-based AEC consultancy, delivering Revit models for hospital and mixed-use projects to ISO 19650 workflows. He is an Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit Architecture and has trained over 900 drafters and engineers. He leads the Master Diploma in Revit BIM and teaches Revit Architecture, Structure, MEP and Primavera P6.

Common questions
If you want to operate Revit, take the two-month course. If you want to be hired as a BIM professional — especially for Gulf roles — the diploma's structure/MEP coordination, worksharing and Navisworks content is exactly what interviews test, and the coordinated capstone is what portfolios are ranked on.
The PKR 80,000 fee splits into four monthly instalments as standard. Revit Architecture course fees paid within the last six months adjust fully against the diploma.
We run a hiring list with partner consultancies locally and share vetted Gulf recruiter contacts with diploma graduates. Placement isn't guaranteed, but diploma batches have the strongest outcomes of any program we run.
The preparation and mock exam are included; the Certiport exam voucher itself is separate (we help you book it, and batch discounts are usually available).
